The Kyocera Customer Experience Centre blends precision technology with nature-inspired Office Interior Design, guiding visitors through a series of immersive zones that showcase the brand’s printers in a fresh, organic light. Linear planters beneath full-height glazing introduce greenery and daylight, reinforcing the biophilic theme and creating an immediate sense of calm. Printers stand on crisp white plinths like gallery pieces, the clean composition highlighting Kyocera’s engineering integrity.
OUR GOAL
Moving deeper, a café-style hub invites conversation around a high table framed by timber fins, halo pendants, and living vines. Warm oak cabinetry, tactile slat walls, and vibrant ottomans in cyan and amber nod to CMYK palettes, weaving brand identity into Office Furniture selections without overpowering the space. The result is an agile touchdown spot where product demos, team huddles, and client hospitality unfold with ease.

Adjacent meeting suites continue the story of collaboration. Soft green ceiling panels and carpet insets, paired with upholstered swivel chairs, deliver acoustic comfort and a joyful environment for strategy sessions. We transformed Kyocera’s Customer Experience Centre into a biophilic showcase that merges precision technology with welcoming Canadian Office Interior Design.
