This pool-centred residence is envisioned as a tranquil yet invigorating sanctuary where classical detailing meets contemporary lines. Seamless indoor–outdoor transitions, sculptural furnishings, and a calm tonal palette bathe each room in natural light while encouraging easy movement between private retreats and social hubs.
OUR GOAL
Our mandate was to give the family a home that supports lively entertaining and quiet downtime in equal measure. Maximising sunlight and framing views of the pool were essential to evoke a year-round sense of escape.
Custom Millwork
Hand-carved plaster panels in the primary suite, a site-poured linear fireplace with integrated log storage, and a floor-to-ceiling wine display that doubles as art underscore our commitment to bespoke craftsmanship. Tailored cabinetry and a monolithic marble coffee table anchor key zones with function and personality.
Blending Aesthetics
A palette of warm oak, matte black stone, and soft mineral hues offers understated luxury, while brushed brass accents introduce a gentle touch of lustre. Clean lines and refined lighting allow texture and detailing to shine without visual clutter.

Large glass walls slide away to merge the living room with the terrace, pool, and courtyard, creating effortless flow for gatherings of any size. Wide circulation paths and clear sight-lines from kitchen to conversation areas keep family members connected while still permitting moments of privacy.
Creative Approach
In the lunchroom, Studio Forma employed creative flooring and wall paint designs to fashion a cozy lounge area, evoking a sense of nature indoors. Custom millwork, adorned with murals echoing the outdoors, not only enhanced the aesthetic appeal but also fostered collaboration among team members, creating a welcoming and conducive environment for shared ideas and innovation.
