BOXXED Aesthetic Clinic was designed as a refined, hospitality-driven healthcare environment that elevates the patient experience through warmth, materiality, and spatial clarity. The space balances a boutique aesthetic with clinical functionality, creating a setting that feels both elevated and approachable.
OUR GOAL
The design focuses on creating a seamless and intuitive journey from entry to treatment, with particular attention to comfort, privacy, and operational efficiency. Millwork integration and custom detailing conceal functional requirements while maintaining a cohesive and uncluttered environment suited to a high-end aesthetic practice.
Thoughtful Colour Palette
A rich, tonal palette of warm wood, soft neutrals, and deep charcoal creates a grounded and sophisticated atmosphere. Layered lighting, both ambient and accent, enhances depth and texture, while subtle contrasts add visual interest without overwhelming the space.
Organized Spaces
The layout is carefully zoned to distinguish between reception, waiting, and treatment areas while maintaining a sense of openness. Vertical wood slat partitions provide partial separation, offering privacy without fully enclosing the space. The waiting area is designed as a lounge-like setting, with curved seating and soft furnishings that encourage relaxation, while the reception and support areas remain efficient and discreetly integrated.
Creative Approach
In the lunchroom, Studio Forma employed creative flooring and wall paint designs to fashion a cozy lounge area, evoking a sense of nature indoors. Custom millwork, adorned with murals echoing the outdoors, not only enhanced the aesthetic appeal but also fostered collaboration among team members, creating a welcoming and conducive environment for shared ideas and innovation.
