Solutions 360
In 2019, we were originally engaged to design the office for Solutions 360. Our approach was rooted in understanding their business at a deeper level.
How their teams worked, how departments interacted, and what kind of environment would best support their culture. Every decision, from planning to material selection, was shaped by their workflow, their brand identity, and the way they operated day to day.
Fast forward to 2025, and the story took an interesting turn.
Solutions 360 relocated, and a new company, Commport Communications took over the space. We were brought back in, this time to completely reimagine the same office for a different organization with its own culture, priorities, and brand voice.
Rather than starting from scratch, we approached the project as a strategic transformation. The foundation remained, but everything else was reconsidered. Like every project, we began by understanding Commport’s business. We analyzed how they work, where they wanted to improve efficiencies, and how their workplace could better support their evolving culture.
This process is essential in commercial interior design. A workspace is not just a backdrop, it’s a “tangible expression” of a company’s identity, culture, and values.

From there, we re-layered the space to reflect Commport’s brand.
A bold blue feature wall establishes a strong first impression, anchoring the space with a clear sense of identity. That tone carries throughout the office, balanced with warm wood finishes, clean white surfaces, and polished concrete floors creating an environment that feels both modern and approachable.

The planning was also refined to support how Commport operates.
Glass-fronted offices maximize natural light and reinforce transparency, while the open workstation areas are designed for flexibility and collaboration. Ergonomic furniture, integrated storage, and thoughtful layouts ensure the space performs as well as it looks.
Key moments, like the boardroom, introduce contrast and character. A large wood table paired with burnt orange seating creates a warm, grounded space for meetings, while the kitchen and café act as a social hub, encouraging connection and informal interaction within the team.

What makes this project especially meaningful is the outcome.
Although both Solutions 360 and Commport occupied the same footprint and space, the final designs feel completely different. Each one tailored to their specific needs, culture, and identity of the company it was built for.
That’s the power of a brand-led approach to design. When you take the time to understand how a business operates and what it stands for, the space naturally follows.
For us, this project is something we’re particularly proud of. It reflects our process, our ability to adapt, and our belief that great design isn’t about the space alone, it’s about the people and the brand behind it.
