PROJECT GOAL
Cowper envisioned a bespoke, brand-driven head office designed to impress, inspire, and educate. The goal was to create an immersive environment where staff and visitors alike could experience Cowper’s products firsthand. By integrating the company’s branding, values, and core principle of listening, Studio Forma designed a space that supports training, product display, and day-to-day operations, while reinforcing a culture of continuous growth and improvement.
Custom Features
Custom architectural elements were developed using materials commonly found in Cowper’s robotics and automation projects. A signature walkway was introduced to act as both a departmental separator and a visual focal point, doubling as a lighting feature that adds interest and reinforces the company’s technical identity throughout the space.
Furniture Strategy
Furniture selection was guided by how Cowper’s team works, collaborates, and connects throughout the day. A variety of settings were created to support different tasks and workflows, offering flexibility and choice while appealing to the diverse needs of the people using the space. The result is a functional, engaging workplace that enhances productivity and connection.
